Solutions
Our original system is the most basic. It is simply a collection tool for recurring and online giving for the smallest to mid-sized ministries that have a donation management system in place. Combining coaching and appeal support materials it uses Fiserv’s (formerly CheckFree’s) virtual terminal (EFT Web) as the processor “hub”. This discounted account with Fiserv allows the ministry to take phone, fax, mail and online giving. Fiserv is not webservice-based so the online giving page resides in the Egiving Systems’ secure server but co-ordinates with EFT Web. Fiserv/Checkfree is an old, strong and friendly company and has served our clients well. It processed 78% of America’s electronic checks last year, $24 trillion. Our online giving page (DEMO) has become a standard for ministry giving. This combination raised $15 million in 2009. For costs (see brochure HERE)
Our latest complete system is a custom partnership with Stewardship Technologies (call us 888-780-4483 to walk through it). We use this for our church and regional/national ministry clients. It combines our coaching support with recurring and online giving tracked by donation management and the option for giver accounts. Both the data base and processing are SAS 70 audited and PCI certified. It is in a hosted environment so updates and improvements are ongoing and automatic.
These tools can provide good giver User Interface and gateway services for your ministry software or be your egiving donation management. You can key in other giving for tracking purposes. Giving pages are generated out of Projects in the system. Givers can have their own accounts if appropriate. Custom development is available. There is a school tuition package available.
In addition to the above two solutions we are building a new tool set based on needs and feedback from a variety of ministry needs so check in from time to time. It will be outlined in a new website Egiving.com in late 2010.
